I currently do career and strategy coaching for the first ten years of one’s career. I help drive measurable leadership growth and increased potential for emerging leaders by working on communication and influence, conflict and stress management, corporate agility, decision making skills, managing up, and networking. I serve as a thought partner for these critical career investment areas (similar to financial investing, it pays to start working on these areas at 25 vs. 35!) I’ve worked 1:1 with over 120 women on these topics across industry and function - from tech, healthcare, non-profit and consulting to marketing, human resources, product, engineering, finance, sales and fundraising.
