Ever since E.B. White’s tale Charlotte’s Web prompted four-year-old Katie to stop killing spiders and swear off eating pig meat, she has been continuously impacted and inspired by words and motivated to touch others with her own. After growing up primarily in Portland, Oregon, Katie moved down to Los Angeles two years ago where she is currently pursuing a degree in both English and Communication Studies at Loyola Marymount University. When she’s not writing, Katie can be found strolling around at sunset, exploring the endless nooks and crannies of L.A., and trying to keep her succulents alive.
