Toast is recruiting on behalf of this company, seeking an experienced Vice President of Product to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution. This is a senior leadership role that will drive product development aligned with company goals and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management within the SaaS industry, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and a proven ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy:
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s mission and market opportunities.
- Identify new product opportunities through market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.
- Implement AI and machine learning solutions, bringing innovative products to market.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and grow the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
- Product Development & Execution:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Ensure alignment between product vision and execution.
- Customer & Market Insight:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points, using insights to drive product development.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with Revenue Operations and Marketing teams to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
- Performance & Analytics:
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform decision-making.
- Utilize data analytics to drive product improvements and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience leading remote teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
- Proficiency in product management tools and analytics platforms.
