The Junior Recruiter will support the recruitment team by sourcing and screening candidates, managing job postings, and coordinating the hiring process for various roles across the company. This role is ideal for someone willing to travel, passionate about people, with a keen interest in talent acquisition and developing skills at Suitsupply.
What You Will Do:
- Utilize various platforms and channels to source potential candidates and screen resumes to identify talent aligned with role requirements and company expectations.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth process for candidates and hiring managers.
- Create and manage job postings on the Suitsupply careers page and external job boards, ensuring descriptions reflect the brand and are accurate.
- Provide a positive experience for all applicants by communicating clearly and professionally.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates internally and externally by developing networking relationships to include exploratory interviews and succession planning.
- Assist hiring managers in identifying role requirements and support them throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system, supporting reporting needs.
- Participate in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, reflecting Suitsupply’s standards.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service, ideally in a retail or fashion setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (experience with Workday is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Willingness to travel for on-site hiring support at Suitsupply locations.
