- High Net Worth Individuals - We also help our clients who may not necessarily own a business but want to find ways to grow their wealth and understand how to properly navigate their taxes
- Our Team Members - We have 6 team members, 5 of which are full-time team members who we need in order to stay on top of tax law changes, and more importantly, to deliver the truly white-glove service we offer our clients.
- An exciting feature of our business is that we serve high-earner Content Creators & Entrepreneurs, so the work we do, for the people we do it for, is often exciting in nature and complexity.

Momen Tax Services is looking for an experienced Tax Accountant to join our fast-growing professional services team!
Our firm services small business owners and high net worth individuals across multiple advisory offering including Tax Planning, Tax Implementation, and Chief Financial Officer services. Unlike most tax firms focused on compliance, Momen Tax Services helps our clients proactively implement strategies that save them money on taxes and help build a stronger financial future.

What You’ll Do
- Train and become a tax planning advisor helping walk clients through different strategies that may help them make smarter tax and financial decisions.
- Prepare year end tax returns for small business clients and high net worth individuals.
- Prepare and present tax planning kickoff calls, implementation calls and quarterly calls engaging the clients with their tax questions throughout the year.
- Record tax entries within client’s accounting system and spot potential tax errors
- Keep up to date with latest tax legislation changes and IRS pronouncements as they become available.
- Spend time researching strategies that may apply to clients to help keep up to date with the evolving tax industry.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- 3+ years of working in public accounting on taxes for individuals and small businesses owners
- Must be a licensed EA or CPA
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment with the desire for continuous improvement
- Advanced Excel skills
- Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Ability to make decisions on complex challenges based on sound judgment and outside-of-the-box thinking.
- Maintain an ego-free environment to help focus on solving the problem and developing solutions that will work for the long term.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once, while meeting or exceeding tight deadlines.

Compensation for this position begins at $35-40/hour based on experience
