About The Role
Lyra Health is seeking an expert organizational psychology consultant to help employers address occupational stress and improve employee well-being, productivity, and engagement.
Ideal candidates should have a strong background in collecting and analyzing data to inform people strategy and/or occupational health and safety in the workplace, as well as experience with consulting on systemic, organizational solutions to critical workforce issues including turnover, burnout, and inefficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Assess employers’ organizational needs and analyze their workforce challenges related to workplace stressors and design responsive solutions
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships to establish and maintain alignment and value delivery throughout the lifecycle of a consultation project
- Design surveys and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for the client that yield to improved employee well-being and business outcomes
- Lead, develop and present proposals for business development activities
- Independently curate high-quality source material and create educational content for a variety of formats and channels
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience
- Expertise in Occupational Health Psychology, occupational stress, or Organizational PsychologyOutcome oriented
- Entrepreneurial approach and self-starter, with a strong ability navigate ambiguity
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal/team skills, high E.Q.
- Strong writing skills
- Dynamic public speaking abilities
- Team player and dedicated to incorporating feedback from key stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Fluency in PowerPoint and MS Excel
- Familiarity with most commonly used corporate webinar platforms, including Zoom, Google Hangouts, Teams, and Cisco Webex
As a full-time Organizational Development Consultant you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-163,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
