In this role you will:
- Support work streams for mid-size to large programs (i.e. Possibilities in Tech and Year Up United)
- Develop project plans, execute programs, track metrics (e.g post-evaluations and analysis) and deliver wrap-up reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and scale
- Leverage a data-driven approach to design effective evaluations and measure closely program metrics
- Collaborate and work with project delivery within a matrixed organization
- Collaborate with partners for program development
- Curriculum planning, facilitation and evaluation of bi-weekly learning and community sessions
- Continuous updating and refinement of program materials and artifacts (Plan of Record, presentations, SharePoint sites, process maps, one pagers, data tracking sheets)
- Program calendar management
- Coordination and execution of intern onboarding process
- Intern and manager communications and enablement
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in either Campus Recruiting/Emerging Talent/Talent Acquisition, Educational Design/Development, Cohort Program Management or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programming
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supporting educational and/or recruitment programs for university-level students (corporate, non-profit and/or education)
- Demonstrated history of attention to detail and organizational skills while handling administration and operation of stakeholder processes, files, and tools
- Familiarity with Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging concepts and the barriers faced by underrepresented groups in accessing economic opportunities
- Confidence in verbal and written communication across levels including crafting communications, tracking responses and follow up, and communicating via phone and video call
- Experience developing and leading workshops, meetings, or events, with a balance of high-energy facilitation and behind-the-scenes coordination
- Skilled in event planning and execution, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong project management skills, including managing workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder updates
- Excellent collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders through Executive Level
- Self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in high-pressure environments
- Creative problem-solver who proactively addresses challenges and obstacles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint) and experience with newsletter and survey tools
- Growth mindset and willingness to adapt and problem-solve as new challenges arise

The pay range for this role is $72,000 to $118,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
