About The Role
As a Senior Brand Designer on Jasper's creative team, you will play a key role in shaping and communicating our brand story across diverse channels. Your main focus will be designing and refining visuals for both organic and paid campaigns, while also contributing illustrations for a wide range of projects. From performance marketing campaigns and organic social media posts to in-product experiences, event materials, and swag. Your work will elevate our marketing efforts at every touchpoint. This role offers the exciting opportunity to explore and leverage various AI tools, collaborating with a forward-thinking creative team that seamlessly integrates AI into their workflow.

What you will do at Jasper
- Illustration and visual development: Create illustrations and branded imagery that elevate our social media presence, performance marketing efforts, and overall brand—bringing a fresh, engaging perspective to the Jasper brand. Create illustrations for the website, swag, community activations, and branded events.
- Brand consistency: Work closely with the creative team to expand, maintain, and apply Jasper’s brand guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency and excellence.
- Concept and campaign design: Develop and design innovative assets for social media and performance marketing campaigns, ensuring they align seamlessly with Jasper’s brand identity and business goals. Bring a fresh, creative approach to advertising, crafting standout campaigns that rise above the ordinary, setting Jasper apart from traditional B2B brands.
- Performance-driven design: Collaborate with Jasper’s demand generation team to leverage performance data and insights, refining and optimizing creative assets to maximize impact across organic and paid channels.
- Marketing collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing team to translate objectives into high-impact creative deliverables that resonate with our audience and drive results.
What you will bring to Jasper
- Bring a proven track record of delivering exceptional brand design work consistently and with humility. Your portfolio showcases achievements at well-known, fast-paced companies, ideally within in-house teams at B2B tech organizations. You foster a collaborative environment where the best ideas rise to the top, always keeping solutions focused on addressing the core problem.
- You are a talented brand designer and illustrator with a strong command of design principles and an exceptional eye for detail. Your expertise goes beyond aesthetics, encompassing growth-driven creative strategies. With a passion for experimentation and a data-driven approach, you excel at crafting impactful, results-oriented designs.
- You are a strong writer and communicator. You share your reasoning and outcomes with a strategy-first mentality.
- You are skilled in creatively concepting and experimenting while knowing when to templatize recurring work should be for efficiency and consistency.
- You are known for listening, building trust, and collaborating with teams throughout the company. Stakeholders you work with sing your praises on always feeling in the know. The ones you've worked with would be sad to lose you.
- You have strong craft sensibilities, current design tastes, and the ability to make decisions intelligently and quickly. In a fast-paced environment, you understand the importance of when to unblock quickly, and when to dig in and understand something more thoroughly.
- Are passionate (or interested in becoming passionate) in building artificial intelligence and using machine learning for all kinds of people.
- You have experience contributing to and/or evolving an existing brand and its many outputs.
- You are a skilled illustrator capable of working within established styles while also innovating and developing new, dynamic ones to enhance the brand.
Compensation Range
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
