About Us:
ClickUp, a hyper-growth software company transforming the productivity space, is looking for a highly driven and capable Performance Marketing Manager to lead our YouTube Video Action Campaigns (VAC) and assist with additional paid video and social channels as needed. This role will work closely with the Head of Performance Media on strategic planning but will focus primarily on the hands-on execution of campaigns that drive growth.
The Role:
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will manage day-to-day operations of YouTube VAC campaigns, optimize ad performance, and work with the Creative team to drive impactful ad testing. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to expand into managing additional paid video and social channels as part of a growing performance marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management and Execution
- Oversee daily operations of YouTube VAC campaigns, with a focus on maximizing revenue and ROI.
- Implement and refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative placements to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets and performance targets, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated at each campaign stage.
Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Creative team to submit asset requests and support ad optimizations.
- Help create compelling, high-performing ad content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Landing Page & Funnel Optimization
- Work cross-functionally to enhance landing pages and acquisition funnels, tailoring user experiences to increase conversion rates.
- Support CRO initiatives with data-driven insights, maximizing the impact of media spend.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Partner with Marketing Analytics to monitor and assess campaign performance using advanced metrics.
- Utilize Tableau and Google Tag Manager for in-depth analysis, refining targeting strategies based on data insights.
Growth Potential
- As you build expertise, expand your responsibilities to include additional video and social platforms, exploring broader growth opportunities across the paid media landscape.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in performance marketing with a strong focus on YouTube Ads; experience managing seven-figure annual budgets is essential.
- Platform Knowledge: Skilled in YouTube Ads and familiar with paid social platforms; understanding of video campaign management within a high-growth environment.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in marketing analytics tools like Tableau and a solid understanding of tracking and measurement with Google Tag Manager.
- Collaborative Mindset: Able to work effectively with creative and cross-functional teams, contributing to cohesive, high-impact ad campaigns.
- Growth-Driven: Motivated to make a measurable impact, take ownership, and expand responsibilities within video and social advertising initiatives.
