My session with Tavi was absolutely worth it! I booked a session to refine my behavioral interview responses and to get support addressing some industry-specific hurdles. Prior to our session, I was impressed that Tavi clearly spent time and effort preparing for a personalized session. My session with Tavi was beyond helpful! I am going back to work in less than a week and I have two young children. My daughter is in school and I have to pick her up in the afternoon. My 6 month old will be home with me since I work from home. I also wanted to make sure I make time for myself to exercise so I don't burn out, and we also discussed possible career transitions in the future. I appreciate how well Tavi listened to my story, my goals and aspirations. Through our session, Tavi helped me set up a reasonable and feasible schedule that took into account 1) caring for my 6 month old while I work 2) incorporating some movement/exercise in my day 3) setting realistic boundaries and blocking off time on my work calendar 4) creating a timeline for a career transition. I was feeling defeated and stuck before my session, playing out every scenario and only finding obstacles. But I felt heard and seen in my session with Tavi. I could tell that Tavi processed what I shared instead of just offering solutions and giving me all the answers. Her responses, prompts and questions were insightful and allowed me to approach my challenges from a different perspective and find creative solutions. Tavi also sent me a follow up email with everything we discussed along with some action steps we landed on. Having those details to reference have been, and will continue to be, helpful. The thing that most struck me about my time with Tavi is how she was able to take what I said and condense it into a resume bullet or strength I could share in an interview- and that this seemed effortless for her.
