Saniya's advice & coaching is something that'll stick with you well beyond your sessions. She's soft but firm and challenges you with a guiding hand to figure anything out. I've grown confident enough to lead & prepare for meetings with Leadership, to stand firm on my decisions, and most importantly, how to keep boundaries and say no without severing the working relationship, and still providing a mutually beneficial solution. While working with Saniya, she was able to teach me how to strategically approach various scenarios, anywhere from providing feedback upwards to providing not-so-great news to stakeholders that I still use in my professional roles today. In every interaction, I felt heard, respected, and came out feeling smarter than when I started. Working with Saniya is an experience that has forever changed me for the better and I'd wish this kind of coaching for everyone. You will learn a ton, even with a singular session!

Saniya is amazing. I love connecting with her. She has a way of filtering through all of my thoughts to the critical point and helping me define it further as well as make improvements. Her guidance is invaluable and actionable. My growth over the past year has been noticed by my own boss as well as other management.

Saniya is truly a coach that is cheering you on! She talks out your concerns with you in a direct, but gentle way. I could see myself only having her guidance in my career path. I can't wait for the next session!

Saniya broke down the daunting task of elevating my resume into bite sized pieces. I was seeking help because I am in the process of pivoting my career and didn't know how to tell my work history in a cohesive manner. Not only did Saniya help me do this, she also got into the nitty gritty to help craft more compelling bullet points (rather than simply listing an accomplishment). She is friendly, professional, enthusiastic and such a whiz. I definitely recommend her to those who seek guidance revamping their resume or navigating a career transition.

I can't say enough good things about Saniya as a coach. When I started my first session with her, I was lost and very disorganized on my priorities regarding my career, balancing my early-stage start-up, and my other side hustles. Throughout my first few sessions with Saniya, she helped me figure out what was most important to me and where I wanted to focus my time. She gave me tangible exercises to execute this and has been an invaluable resource as I have shifted my focus to marketing for my start-up. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the marketing and start-up landscape and helps you take small steps forward so that it doesn't feel overwhelming. For anyone looking for a coach in this space, I highly recommend working with Saniya!!

I went into my session with Saniya hoping to generate some ideas about how I could get unstuck and approach a career change without throwing away everything I've built over the last several years. I'm happy to say I got exactly what I'd hoped for and more! Saniya came prepared with thoughtful questions and ideas that helped open my mind to possible opportunities I hadn't even considered. She was fully engaged in our conversation and made me feel totally at ease. Most importantly, she truly listened to what I had to say, and she provided encouragement and validation in areas I felt unsure about. Everything about the experience was personalized and focused. I came out of the session feeling energized and with a much clearer sense of my next steps—something I haven't felt in what seems like ages. Thank you, Saniya!
