About Me

Hi, I’m Rebecca! I bring ten years of experience in the global tech recruiting space into my coaching. I know what "good" vs "GREAT" looks like in the hiring process and how to position you at the top of the hiring pool, so that you land your next desired job. I’ve helped hundreds of people find jobs that are more aligned with their skills, purpose and what actually brings them joy. I mentor women earlier in their careers all the way through to executives at large tech (Meta, Salesforce etc) to support them finding new jobs, career pivots and landing more aligned roles within their current company. Together I will help you: - Define career goals and direction - Build a strategic job search with concrete action plans and accountability - Identify previously unseen opportunities in the market and position you at the top of the hiring pool - Shape-shift your qualifications to a job that felt previously unattainable - Leverage (and build) your network to improve efficacy of your job search - Resume and LinkedIn - detailed audit and re-vamp (with best practices) Let’s get started! I’m excited to help you find your next role that truly lights you up. You deserve it and it’s entirely possible.

Rebecca was incredibly helpful. She does an amazing job at listening and asking the right questions to help you identify what you want your next step to be. She also does a great job at managing the time and checking in throughout the session. She is very authentic.

I found my session with Rebecca so helpful and really enjoyed speaking with her. I am currently job searching and felt very lost and overwhelmed. Rebecca provided great guidance and we covered a lot of ground in our 50 minute session together. It felt so refreshing to speak with someone who knew how to provide clear direction and tips (vs. receiving well intentioned, but confusing "advice" from family, friends and coworkers). I feel much more enthusiastic and hopeful about my job search after our session, thank you Rebecca!

Rebecca was absolutely wonderful. After a stressful layoff I wanted to be sure I was maximizing my job search and utilizing the right tools to land my next dream role. She gave excellent feedback and was compassionate to my stress surrounding my job loss. I would highly recommend her!

I had a great introductory session with Rebecca. In just our short time together, she was able to help me unearth key points and feelings that I haven't been able to identify. I walked away feeling confident and excited to continue the journey together.

I had a great session with Rebecca! She helped me verbalize skills that I already use in my current job & how to include it on my resume. She asked thought provoking questions that helped identify potential roles for a career transition. From there she worked with me to develop a plan on how to expand my network and further narrow in on what type of job change I want to make. If you are looking for career guidance, I recommend working with Rebecca!
