Hi there! I have 10 years of tech recruiting experience working for McKinsey, Accenture, and 2 publicly traded tech companies (healthtech, fintech). I've worked with all types of technical talent including software engineers, product managers, data scientists, program/project managers, UX designers & researchers, security and IT. I've also hired all levels of talent from VP to intern. While I specialize in tech roles, I've worked with many other types of talent, including sales, copywriters, and marketing. I believe that women should be paid competitively and what they're worth. I excel at salary negotiation and believe that negotiation starts at the beginning of the interview process, not at the end. I grew up in small-town Ohio, but made a name for myself in San Francisco, Chicago, and NYC.
