I cannot recommend Ginny enough, she gave me a lot of hope in my job search. As a creative, entrepreneur type, there have been a lot of pivots in my career. I didn't know how all the pieces could be woven together to create a holistic story of who I am. Ginny was excellent at looking at my body of work, seeing the strengths and deficiencies in my presentation and helping me develop a plan of action that I could execute on. I dreaded the whole process but am now excited to make the changes in my approach that will allow me to add chapters to my story while contributing to other's as well.

My session with Ginny was amazing and I would I highly recommend her. She was able to guide the session efficiently and ask specific questions that helped me to uncover some deeper points that I needed to consider. She came to the session well prepared in understanding my background (based on my resume), which allowed us to jump right into important topics. Her observations and insights gave me clear and actionable steps on how to move forward. I'm grateful for my time with Ginny and excited to put everything into action.

I'm grateful I found Ginny to have a conversation around career growth. In a short amount of time, she was able to help me uncover what questions I should be asking to identify areas of focus and opportunity at my existing company, and how to think about a potential career pivot (and, importantly, when might be a good time to take this leap!) It was great to hear candid insights from someone so close to what's happening in the market.

Ginny was super helpful in giving insightful tips on how to update my resume and how to job search. I was a bit apprehensive for a long time about reaching out to a career coach and I'm so glad I did and wish I had done so sooner. I have been really struggling even getting to the interview phase, and while I am just now starting to put her avice into action, I;m excited to have some actionable next steps on how to look for a job but also set up my resume.

I've had many career coaching sessions in the past, and I can confidently say Ginny is one of the most helpful and insightful coaches I've worked with. I reached out to Ginny as I found myself confused and frustrated over a year-long attempt to secure a graduate job amid this challenging job market. While rejections and setbacks make me doubt if I am doing the right thing at all for job search, Ginny’s guidance transformed my approach and mindset. She provided practical advice on job searching, networking, referrals, interviewing, and personal branding. Additionally, she introduced me to valuable websites, tools, and resources to enhance my job application process. Ginny listens attentively and offers constructive, tailored advice. Hearing her perspective as a recruiter was incredibly inspiring and motivating. She genuinely considered my unique circumstances, providing the most relevant and effective guidance. After our session, I found myself picking up my drive and know what steps to take next. I am incredibly grateful for Ginny's support and look forward to booking follow-up sessions as I make progress in my career journey.
