I am Dr. Ciera Graham. I am a Seattle Native, millennial and lover of all things travel, social justice, self-empowerment, and career development. I have worked in education, nonprofit, and local government. I have over 10 years of experience in helping new/recent college grads, and entry to mid-level professionals discover their passions, leverage their skills and strengths, and increase their marketability on the job market. I consider myself a versatile career coach who has worked with clients in diverse industries from technology to education. I started and built a consulting business from the ground up, and I provide career coaching and freelance writing services. I understand the career needs and challenges facing entry level to mid-level professionals, and I enjoy helping clients through career shifts, pivots and transitions.
